Healing treatments for reiki, Thai massage, shiatsu, and sound healing are available for 60 to 90 minute sessions. Healing Experiences offer a combination of these therapies along with ceremonial work in longer sessions ranging from 2 to 3 hours. Healing services are offered as in-studio and as in-home services. Travel fees apply to mobile sessions.

Over the years in my bodywork and energy healing practice, I have witnessed a need for deeper spiritual connection in a treatment that I find can be granted by elevating the healing service with a truly wholistic approach. Ritual and ceremony are a necessary part of our human experience. I created these bespoke offerings to bring together the ritual and ceremonial aspects of healing to the treatment room and yoga mat. Ceremonial experiences are deeply woven into our spirits. These treatments serve to recalibrate, reset, and recharge your whole being.
Temple of Alchemy

This is a bespoke healing treatment where I pull from my wisdom in energy healing and bodywork to create a powerful experience of mind, body, soul connection and healing. This treatment combines the medicines of reiki, shiatsu, aromatherapy, spirit journey, and sound therapy in a synergistic way for your soul’s needs. Each session is unique and entrusts the wisdom of Spirit to use me as a facilitator of these modalities for your highest and best good. This session creates a sacred triangle of energy exchange between you, me and Spirit that supports your healing and transformation.
Earth Blessing Ceremony

This flower blessing ceremony also incorporates other earth elements such as crystals and oils to deeply ground the body and connects the heart with Mother Earth. In this healing treatment, I work with earth energy to ground and connect your mind, body and spirit. The treatment begins with a guided soul journey and is followed by the placement of blessed flowers, herbs, and crystals over your body. Botanical essences and oils are applied to the head and feet. Your body is blessed by the crystals and flowers and charged with healing energy work. The sounds of the drum, rattle and chants take you into the layers of protection and nourishment Earth provides. Treatment ends with custom herbal tea and a single card oracle reading. This ceremonial experience is deeply restorative to the nervous system and promotes relaxation and wholeness within your mind, body and soul.

This yoga ceremony takes you on a voyage to the heart of yoga where we marry movement and devotional practice with the intention of awakening the shakti, creative energy, within you. We start with balancing breathwork to clear the mind and center the body. We then move into a customized hour yoga practice. This yoga practice can be a restorative or gentle flow, or kundalini yoga. The practice moves prana throughout our body, balancing and clearing where it needs to, and is followed by a gong meditation. Journaling prompts are given to explore deeper layers of the Self. We end our practice by setting new intentions and empowering them in a sacred fire ceremony. The Heart of Yoga ceremony is offered one-on-one or to groups.

Chakra Balancing Treatment

This chakra balancing treatment combines aromatherapy, energy healing, and sound healing to align your seven chakra centers and clear energetic blocks. We start the session with the application of seven essential oils along the spine. Each oil corresponds to a chakra and every stroke of it gently massaged along the spine is done with purpose and intention. You receive an aura clearing with herbs and prayer. Then crystals are placed on your body to bring balance to the chakras. The treatment ends with sound healing. The vibrations of the crystal sound bowls reach deeper levels of the subtle body providing a grounding effect. This treatment promotes deep relaxation and balances the seven chakras of the body. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and cared for. Suggested add-on is the Botanical Scalp Treatment.

Reiki Healing
Reiki Healing is an energy balancing session that clears negative energy from the body and aura, improves the flow of energy, and assists in emotional healing. This service is done fully clothed and while hands are placed on the auric field of the body there is some light touch in the session. Long distance reiki is available to those living outside the Tampa Bay area.
Thai Massage
Thai massage is a folk form of bodywork that aligns the whole body and energy system. It gives the receiver a meditative, deeply relaxing experience through rhythmic rocking, compressions and stretches along the body’s energy lines. It is a unique combination of energy work, massage and stretching. The treatment opens joints, relieves tension, and improves flexibility and circulation while inducing a relaxation response in the body.
Crystal Sound Therapy
Crystal sound bowls are played to break up blockages of energy and promote balance. The bowls are played around the table to open the chakra energy centers. A crystal singing bowl healing session reduces stress, tension and creates a relaxed and meditative state. The vibrations of the bowls move energy throughout the body’s energetic channels where healing the mind and body can begin. This service can also be an add-on to any Thai massage, private yoga session or Reiki treatment.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese healing treatment that frees stagnant or blocked energy by stimulating acupoints. The technique involves gentle to moderate pressure on acupoints located along the body’s meridians, which clears obstructions that are at the root of physical disharmonies or mental imbalances. Increasing the available ki in the body initiates its natural healing and restoration response. This therapy is based on Chinese medicine theory and is an effective treatment for emotional imbalances, physical pain, sleep disorders, depression and low energy, among other ailments.

Warm herbal oil blended with essential oils is applied to the head and massaged into the scalp, neck and shoulders and wrapped with a hot towel.
